Welcome to the White Horse Cricket Club which was founded in April 2007. The club, formerly known as Winterbourne Bassett Cricket Club (founded in 1983) was born following the relocation from Winterbourne after 24 years in that village.
The club has been very fortunate to be leased some land in Broad Hinton by the Horton family and club members have worked tirelessly to turn what was a farm field into a cricket pitch with pavilion to provide facilities that we can be justifiably proud of. The club is not resting on its laurels but is committed to further enhancements on the ground to continually improve both the playing and social facilities available to its members, opponents and visitors.
The club's mission is to provide playing and social facilities that can be enjoyed by members of the local community of all ages and promote the playing of cricket in both competitive and friendly environments.
